2. What we collect

When you visit the site, our host records in server logs: IP address (stored truncated), date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system identifier. Purpose: technical operation and defence against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: normally 14 days.

Through the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), preferred language for the conversation, type and stage of the project, order of magnitude of price or loan, household income (optional) and your message.

The calculator transmits nothing. It runs entirely in your browser; we never see your inputs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your form data to handle your enquiry and contact you, and to forward it to our partner credihome (Nexfin S.A.) so that the feasibility of your financing can be assessed.

The legal basis is your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form, together with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

4. Recipients

Recipients are: (a) Nexfin S.A. (“credihome”), 12 rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg, as an independent controller for the brokerage; (b) our hosting provider as a processor, with servers in the European Union; (c) our e-mail provider as a processor.

Nothing is passed to banks or other lenders on the basis of this form. credihome obtains separate consent for that.

No transfer to third countries outside the EEA takes place.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and at most 24 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted unless commercial or tax retention obligations apply. Retention at credihome is governed by their own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies are used: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) protecting the form against abusive submissions, and a local storage entry recording that the notice was acknowledged. No tracking, no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, no profiling. No consent is required for these (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).

7. Web fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be served locally from our own server; the switch is prepared. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect by writing to hello@financesolutions.lu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions and cross-site request forgery.
